Jyo’s Farm was started with the dual goals of empowering women and giving the farm-to-table concept a much-needed boost. After five years of establishing this focus, we are foraying into forming a collective of like-minded farms, so that we can bring an even wider range of authentic, single-origin ingredients and hand-made food products to the urban home while preserving traditional processes and flavours.

The art of pickling is dying and it is our aim to revive & re-introduce the goodness of traditional pickle making – with a modern twist – into your pantry. Honey
Honey has earned its pride of place in the urban pantry by being the preferred natural sweetener -whether it is to sweeten a cup of tea or to add in a decadent traditional Indian sweet dish or glaze meat. With many contemporary as well as traditional uses, the versatility of this liquid gold has earned its place in our collective.
Every jar of honey has a story to tell! Our 100% pure honey tells the story of farm fresh fruits and crops in tandem with the wild flora of the hillscape of the farm it is sourced from.
Jaggery
Be it the simple snack of powdered jaggery with puffed rice or the secret sprinkle onto spicy dishes- the culinary memories of Jaggery linger long & sweet!
The making of jaggery is a process that requires tremendous skill & dexterity. Our Jaggery is natural & chemical free! Jyo’s Farm Collective brings to your kitchen a jaggery that is hand-crafted, unrefined, & rich in natural iron.
